Range Open

RFVSA Club House
Fun Fact: Our donated clubhouse was the original Basalt Public Library

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization operating as a shooting range open to the public Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Our facility offers Skeet, Trap and Five Stand shotgun shooting. You do not have to be a member to shoot, but we welcome new club members.

Mission Statement : ” To provide a safe and well managed skeet and trap range for the community and visitors to the Roaring Fork Valley and to promote shooting sports and safe gun handling for shooters of all ages .”

Our facility is located just above the town of Basalt, adjacent to the Basalt Public Shooting Range (Pistols/Rifles/Shotguns). Drive West out of Basalt on Two Rivers Rd, and turn right on Homestead Drive. Take the first left onto Kelly Lake Rd. Follow on up the hill and you will pass the public range and through the entrance gate into the RFVSA club. See aerial image in red below.
